...The scheme will enable the company to relocate within Oswestry, thereby safeguarding 200 jobs and creating a further 350 local jobs, as well as improving retail choice and leisure facilities for local residents.
The planning application was submitted in January 2009 and Shropshire County Council is due to make a decision in March 2010. The first phase includes Richard Burbidge Ltd’s relocation to its new industrial location. The full scheme could be delivered by 2012.
